Apparel Returns: Apparel items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, the apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please note that any items that have been damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Pill Box Returns: Pill boxes are non-refundable. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pill boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Journal Returns: Journals can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return for a journal, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit towards a future purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at hello@mentalillnesswarrior.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return.
2. Provide your order details, including the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address, if applicable.
4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories or freebies that came with it.
5. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain the shipping receipt for your reference.
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the return according to the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
   • For eligible apparel returns, store credit will be issued.
   • For eligible journal returns, store credit will be issued
   • Pill box returns are not accepted.

1. You will be notified via email or phone about the status of your return and store credit.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
